Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2.Using a 5.5cm round biscuit cutter, cut two rounds from each bread slice. Brush both sides with butter.
3.Place bread rounds on a baking tray, then bake for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Cool.
4.Top each bread round with crème fraîche, smoked salmon, caviar and chives.
