Method
1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 8-10 minutes, until tender. Drain well.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Saute onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes, until tender. Add green prawns and lemon rind. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until prawns change colour.
3.Add tomatoes, stock, wine and sugar. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
4.Return pasta to pan. Toss well. Top with fetta and oregano. Serve with crusty bread.
