Method
1.Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil. Cook corn 2 minutes, until just tender. Drain well.
2.Preheat grill to high. Line an oven tray with foil. Cut each corn round down the centre to create a semicircle and arrange on tray, kernels up.
3.In a small bowl, mix softened butter, parmesan and chopped parsley together. Season to taste.
4.When ready to serve, brush butter mixture over corn and grill 2-3 minutes, until hot. Serve with corn forks or toothpicks.
You can save time by using frozen corn cobs that are already cut into rounds.
