Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan. Grease and line a 20cm x 30cm slice pan.
2.Place butter and honey in a small saucepan on low heat and melt until well combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
3.Combine flour, muesli, sugar, apricots and sultanas in a bowl. Stir in egg and cooled butter mixture until combined.
4.Spoon mixture into prepared pan, spreading with a spatula to smooth. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden. Cool in pan for 5 minutes then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely. Slice to serve.
