Corn and bacon powder
1.Heat butter in a large saucepan on medium. Sauté‚ bacon 2-3 minutes until golden.
2.Add potato and stock. Bring to boil on high. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, 8-10 minutes until potato is tender.
3.Stir in milk, corn and celery. Simmer, uncovered. 10-15 minutes. Stir in onion and season to taste.
4.Serve in warmed bowls, topped with chilli and parsley. Accompany with toast.
