Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease 4 x 12cm individual pie dishes; arrange on a baking tray.
2.In a large bowl, whisk together corn, chicken, cheese, eggs, zucchini, milk, onion and flour. Season to taste.
3.Spoon mixture evenly into prepared pans. Bake 20-25 minutes, until set. Serve with salad greens.
