Method
1.Place the fish and lime juice in a large ceramic bowl and stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Drain fish, discarding juice.
2.Transfer fish to a bowl with tomato, avocado, onion, coriander and chilli. Stir gently to combine. Season to taste.
3.Divide mixture evenly between 24 Chinese spoons. Keep filled spoons chilled until ready to serve.
Note
- Remove seeds from tomatoes by quartering and scraping out with a teaspoon.
