Method
1.Place prawns in a shallow dish and pour over balti sauce, turning to coat. Chill and cover for 1 hour.
2.Combine pineapple with green onions, mint and chilli in a bowl. Chill and cover for 1 hour.
3.Preheat a barbecue to high. Lift prawns from sauce and barbecue for 1-2 minutes each side, until they change colour.
4.Place remaining sauce in a small saucepan. Bring to boil and cook for 2 minutes. Serve prawns with sauce and pineapple salsa.
It is important to heat marinade thoroughly to kill any bacteria present from uncooked prawns.
