Method
1.Arrange oysters and prawns on a large platter. Cover and chill until required.
2.For Pickled onion dressing, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside for 30 minutes.
3.For Marie Rose sauce, whisk all the ingredients in a bowl. Season, then cover with cling film and chill until required.
4.Serve oysters topped with pickled onion dressing and prawns with the Marie Rose sauce. Serve with lemon wedges.
Buy oysters on the day of serving or, at the earliest, the day before.
