Method
1.Heat oven to 220°C. Line a 20cm-round, 5cm-deep fluted quiche pan with pastry. Arrange broccoli and corn kernels over base.
2.Whisk eggs and cream together. Season and pour into pan. Scatter with onion and feta.
3.Bake for 1 hour until just set in the centre. Serve with a fresh garden salad.
