Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a large oven tray with baking paper.
2.Cut each pastry sheet into 3 x 8cm lengths; halve each length crossways into rectangles.
3.Spread 2 tsp mustard over each rectangle, sprinkle with 1 tbsp cheese; leave a 1cm border down one short side. Place one hot dog half over mustard and cheese; roll up tightly.
4.Place mustard dogs, seam-side down, on oven tray and brush with egg. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
5.Bake 15 minutes or until pastry is puffed and golden. Serve immediately.
