Method
1.In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and chilli sauces. Set aside until ready to use.
2.For the slaw: In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, coriander and spring onion.
3.Preheat a char-grill pan on medium. Grill tortillas for 1 minute each side to warm. Grill limes, cut-side down, for 1 minute until grill marks appear.
4.Drizzle prawns with olive oil and season, then char-grill for 2-3 minutes. Divide slaw between tortillas, top with prawns, and drizzle with chilli mayonnaise. Accompany with lime.
Store any leftover sauce for up to 2 weeks.
