Method
1.In a bowl, mix apple and custard together.
2.In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar, beating until combined.
3.Spoon apple mixture and cream alternatively among 6 glasses. Chill until required. Serve topped with chopped Vienna almonds.
Tip: Try topping this with grated chocolate or chopped chocolate bar of choice.
